About Me

With over 20 years of experience supporting children and families, my focus is on helping you navigate challenges and achieve lasting change. Starting in early childhood education, my career has grown to include roles as a social worker, parent educator, and therapist. I specialize in guiding individuals, children, and families through trauma and behavioral difficulties, providing you with the support and tools to heal and thrive.

I have worked in community mental health, assisting diverse populations, including crime victims, parents in the court system, and children needing behavior management. Additionally, I served as a mental health clinician for Early Head Start, offering essential services to enrolled children and families.

My education includes:

  • BA in Social Science (Chapman University, Modesto, CA)
  • MA in Child Growth and Development (California State University, Turlock, CA)
  • MA in Psychology, with a Minor in Marriage and Family Therapy (Brandman University, Modesto, CA)
  • Master’s Certificate in Art4Healing (Chapman University, Orange, CA)

I’m committed to supporting you and your family in finding healing and creating lasting change, and I look forward to being part of your journey toward growth and well-being.

Therapy is not about what’s wrong with you; it’s about what’s right with you and how you can build on that.
